This page outlines our cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and assist you in such situations.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You can reach us at Email: info@punjoy.com . Please provide your booking reference number and any relevant information to assist us in processing your cancellation request.
 

Cancellation Timeframe: We recommend that you notify us of your cancellation at least 3 days in advance to allow us sufficient time to manage the booking and offer the slot to other visitors. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation requests whenever possible.
 

Cancellation Fees: Depending on the timing of your cancellation, certain cancellation fees may apply. These fees help cover the administrative and operational costs associated with processing the booking and subsequent cancellation. The exact cancellation fees will be communicated to you by our customer support team based on your specific situation.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued in specific circumstances, such as:

Cancellations made within the specified cancellation timeframe (subject to applicable cancellation fees).Technical or operational issues at our games park that prevent us from providing the advertised services.Any other extraordinary circumstances that warrant a refund, as determined by our management.Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. We will make every effort to expedite the refund process and keep you informed of its progress.

Non-Refundable Situations: In certain cases, refunds may not be provided. These include, but are not limited to:

Failure to adhere to the specified cancellation timeframe.No-shows or late arrivals at the games park.Instances where the visitor is deemed responsible for the cancellation (e.g., violating our code of conduct or rules and regulations).

Group booking policy

Terms and Conditions:

• The PunJoy Group ticket will be operational for group bookings of 25+ persons for all 365 days with advance booking.
• Kids have to compulsory wear socks inside the premises of PunFun.
• Park timing is 10 am to 6 pm.
• Closure of the park due to force majeure (including the Pandemic). Park management will not be responsible for any entertainment loss during the said period.
• The tickets are not transferable / not to be sold.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• No refund will be entertained.
• Rights of admission reserved.
• Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the PunJoy.
• The ticket is not valid for the 31st Dec night event.
• In case of any dispute, PunJoy Management's decision will be final.
• Conditions apply.
